About HelpingHands10X.cash
HelpingHands10X.cash is a decentralized, community-driven crowdfunding platform built on the Polygon blockchain.
It is designed around a simple principle: People Helping People.
Members participate by making a one-time Contribution at one or more Contribution Levels. As Community Matrices complete according to the smart contract rules, members have opportunities to continue participating through Auto-Upgrades, Re-Entries, and future completed Cycles.
HelpingHands10X.cash is the 10X version of HelpingHands.cash, offering higher Contribution Levels while using the same simple 2×2 Community Matrix structure.
HelpingHands10X.cash uses the same philosophy, smart contract logic, and Community Matrix structure. The primary difference is the Contribution Levels.
| Feature | HelpingHands.cash | HelpingHands10X.cash |
|---|---|---|
| Starting level | 5 DAI | 50 DAI |
| Top level | 2,560 DAI | 25,600 DAI |
| Matrix | 2×2 Community Matrix | 2×2 Community Matrix |
| Progression | Auto-Upgrade and Re-Entry | Auto-Upgrade and Re-Entry |
| Philosophy | People Helping People | People Helping People |
Some members wanted the opportunity to participate at higher Contribution Levels while keeping the same simple structure. HelpingHands10X.cash was created to meet that demand while preserving the same transparent, decentralized model.
To build a global community where people voluntarily help one another through a transparent crowdfunding system powered by smart contracts.
FAQ Section
Getting Started
- 1Connect a compatible Polygon wallet.
- 2Obtain DAI and a small amount of POL for network fees.
- 3Join through an existing member’s referral link.
- 4Choose your starting Contribution Level or sequential Levels.
- 5Confirm the blockchain transaction.
You need a compatible Web3 wallet that supports Polygon and DAI, such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask, SafePal, or TokenPocket.
When automatic wallet creation becomes available, people without a Web3 wallet will be able to access their account using the same sign-in method they used when joining.
POL is used only to pay Polygon network transaction fees. Contribution amounts are made in DAI.
DAI is a decentralized stablecoin designed to maintain a value close to one U.S. dollar. Using DAI helps keep Contribution Levels consistent rather than fluctuating with cryptocurrency prices.
- 1Prepare or connect a compatible wallet.
- 2Add DAI on the Polygon network and keep a small amount of POL for gas fees.
- 3Open an existing member’s personal invitation link.
- 4Activate your chosen sequential Contribution Level or Levels.
- 5Share your own invitation link and help new members understand the same process.
FAQ Section
Wallets, DAI & POL
Common compatible wallets include Trust Wallet, MetaMask, SafePal, and TokenPocket. Your wallet must support the Polygon network, DAI on Polygon, and WalletConnect or the connection method offered by the platform.
You can create a compatible wallet yourself and securely store its recovery information. Automatic non-custodial wallet creation is also planned for a later phase to make onboarding easier for people who are new to Web3.
Until that feature is launched and officially announced, follow the wallet-connection options shown on the live platform.
When automatic wallet creation becomes available, you will return using the same sign-in method you used when you first joined. For example, if you joined with your Google account, you would use that same Google account to access the same embedded wallet and HelpingHands10X.cash account.
A recovery phrase, sometimes called a seed phrase, is the master key to a self-custody wallet. Anyone who has it may be able to control the wallet and its assets.
No. Never share your recovery phrase, private key, password, or security codes with anyone—including a community member, support person, administrator, or someone claiming they need it to help you.
HelpingHands10X.cash will never need your recovery phrase to connect your wallet or process a transaction.
A self-custody wallet is controlled by its keys rather than by HelpingHands10X.cash. You are responsible for protecting access, checking transaction details, and safely storing recovery information.
Always verify that the address is HelpingHands10X.cash before connecting a wallet or approving a transaction. Avoid links from unknown messages, do not rely on look-alike domains, and use official Telegram announcements for verified updates.
Many wallets provide third-party purchase services using cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or local payment methods. Availability, fees, identity checks, currencies, and limits vary by wallet, provider, and country.
Make sure you are acquiring DAI on the Polygon network—not DAI on a different blockchain.
You generally need only a small amount of POL to pay Polygon network fees. The exact amount varies with network conditions and the number of transactions you make. POL is separate from your DAI Contribution amount.
DAI held on Ethereum, BNB Chain, or another network cannot be used directly by a Polygon smart contract. You must use a supported bridge, exchange, or transfer route to obtain DAI on Polygon before attempting activation.
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible, so verify the asset, network, address, and amount before confirming.
You may send DAI to a compatible exchange or off-ramp that supports DAI on Polygon, convert it to a supported local currency, and withdraw using the methods available in your region.
Off-ramp providers are independent services. Their availability, fees, limits, processing times, and identity-verification requirements are not controlled by HelpingHands10X.cash.
FAQ Section
Contribution Levels
- Level 1 — 50 DAI
- Level 2 — 100 DAI
- Level 3 — 200 DAI
- Level 4 — 400 DAI
- Level 5 — 800 DAI
- Level 6 — 1,600 DAI
- Level 7 — 3,200 DAI
- Level 8 — 6,400 DAI
- Level 9 — 12,800 DAI
- Level 10 — 25,600 DAI
No. You may begin with only Level 1 or activate multiple sequential Contribution Levels from the start. Choose the level or Levels that fit your own situation.
No. Contribution Levels are sequential. For example, you cannot activate Level 5 without first activating Levels 1 through 4.
It means activating a continuous sequence beginning with Level 1. You could activate Level 1 only, Levels 1–2, Levels 1–3, and so on, up to Levels 1–10. You cannot select isolated non-sequential Levels.
Activating all 10 sequential Contribution Levels requires 51,150 DAI in total: 50 + 100 + 200 + 400 + 800 + 1,600 + 3,200 + 6,400 + 12,800 + 25,600 DAI.
No. Each active Level opens its own independent matrix, but completion still depends on community participation and matrix activity at that Level. Activating more Levels does not guarantee any outcome or timeline.
FAQ Section
The 2×2 Community Matrix
Each Contribution Level has its own independent Community Matrix. It starts with you at the top and contains six positions beneath you.
- Two positions on the first row.
- Four positions on the second row.
- When all six positions are filled, the Cycle completes according to the smart contract rules.
Yes. Each active Contribution Level operates independently.
Six positions complete a Cycle: two on the first row and four on the second row.
Positions fill through equal distribution from left to right and top to bottom: positions 1 and 2 on the first row, followed by positions 3, 5, 4, and 6 on the second row.
No. You may personally invite two or more people, but the remaining positions can be filled through the community’s participation, duplication, Re-Entries, and the smart contract’s equal-distribution rules.
Spillover is participation that reaches matrix positions through activity elsewhere in the community rather than through your own direct invitations. It can help a matrix progress, but it is not promised or guaranteed.
No. Matrix placement is handled automatically according to the smart contract’s programmed equal-distribution rules. Members and administrators do not manually choose positions.
Yes. Every Level uses the same six-position 2×2 Community Matrix. What changes from Level to Level is the Contribution amount and corresponding completed-Cycle amount.
FAQ Section
Auto-Upgrade
Auto-Upgrade automatically activates the next Contribution Level using funds allocated by the smart contract during your first completed Cycle at Levels 1 through 9.
The smart contract allocates the 150 DAI completed-Cycle amount according to the platform rules:
- 50 DAI routes to your wallet.
- 100 DAI activates Level 2.
- Re-Entry occurs in your inviter’s matrix at the new Level.
Yes. The same process continues through Level 9. Level 10 does not Auto-Upgrade because there is no higher Contribution Level.
No. On the first completed Cycle at Levels 1–9, the smart contract allocates two of the three incoming Contribution amounts to activate your next Level automatically.
Once the next Level has already been activated from that Level’s first completed Cycle, all three Contribution amounts from later completed Cycles at that Level are designed to route to your wallet, subject to the smart contract rules.
Auto-Upgrade stops at Level 10 because no higher Contribution Level exists. The Level 10 completed-Cycle amount is therefore designed to route to your wallet from the first completed Cycle onward, subject to the smart contract rules.
FAQ Section
Re-Entry
Re-Entry automatically creates a new position in your inviter’s matrix at the applicable level after your Cycle completes. This allows continued participation without requiring a new manual registration at that level.
Re-Entry helps keep Community Matrices active by creating new opportunities for future Cycles as the community grows.
No. The Re-Entry mechanism is designed to continue participation by opening another matrix position under the applicable smart contract rules. New Cycles still depend on future community activity.
No. Re-Entry is performed automatically by the smart contract when the applicable Cycle conditions are met. You do not create a new account or repeat the original registration process.
FAQ Section
Cycles
A Cycle is completed when all six positions within your Community Matrix have been filled.
Depending on whether it is your first completed Cycle at that level or a later one, the smart contract routes contributions according to the platform rules.
- At Levels 1–9, the first completed Cycle routes one contribution to your wallet and uses two contributions to activate the next level.
- On subsequent Cycles at Levels 1–9, all three contributions route to your wallet.
- At Level 10, all three contributions route to your wallet from the first completed Cycle onward because there is no next level to activate.
Yes. As Community Matrices continue filling and Re-Entries occur, additional Cycles may be completed according to the platform rules and community activity.
- Level 1 — 150 DAI
- Level 2 — 300 DAI
- Level 3 — 600 DAI
- Level 4 — 1,200 DAI
- Level 5 — 2,400 DAI
- Level 6 — 4,800 DAI
- Level 7 — 9,600 DAI
- Level 8 — 19,200 DAI
- Level 9 — 38,400 DAI
- Level 10 — 76,800 DAI
The matrix contains six positions arranged as two on the first row and four on the second row. Under the platform’s distribution design, a completed Cycle corresponds to three Contribution amounts at that Level. The precise routing differs between a first completed Cycle and later completed Cycles because of Auto-Upgrade.
There is no fixed completion time. A Cycle may progress quickly, slowly, or not complete at all. Timing depends on community participation, Re-Entries, matrix activity, network availability, and other factors outside any individual member’s control.
No. The system creates the possibility of recurring completed Cycles, but recurring rewards require matrices to continue filling. No number of Cycles, reward amount, or completion schedule is guaranteed.
153,450 DAI is the sum of the completed-Cycle amounts across all 10 Contribution Levels: 150 + 300 + 600 + 1,200 + 2,400 + 4,800 + 9,600 + 19,200 + 38,400 + 76,800 DAI.
It is an illustration of all 10 independent Levels completing a Cycle; it is not a promised payout, guaranteed event, or expected timeline.
FAQ Section
Invitations & Community Growth
HelpingHands10X.cash is designed around community participation. Inviting others helps build Community Matrices and creates momentum throughout the ecosystem.
The platform recommends inviting two or more people. Many members continue sharing beyond two invitations to help expand the community.
Without new participation, matrices do not fill and Cycles cannot complete. Community growth is an essential part of how the platform operates.
No. Two is the recommended starting point, not a maximum. You may invite more people, and broader participation can create more community momentum. Inviting more people still does not guarantee Cycle completion or rewards.
Duplication means helping the people you invite understand the same simple process so they can share responsibly with others. The idea is not merely to invite people, but to provide clear information and encourage consistent, transparent communication.
It means helping someone else understand the process after someone helped you. In practice, that includes sharing accurate information, assisting with basic onboarding, encouraging wallet security, and never pressuring someone to participate.
No. Do not promise profits, guaranteed rewards, fixed timelines, or risk-free participation. Explain that HelpingHands10X.cash is community crowdfunding, results depend on participation, and every person must make an informed voluntary decision.
FAQ Section
Blockchain & Security
Contributions are handled by the platform’s smart contracts according to their programmed rules. The project is designed so that funds are not held in a central company account.
Yes. Transactions are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and can be viewed using blockchain explorers.
Yes. HelpingHands10X.cash operates through blockchain smart contracts designed to execute the platform’s rules automatically. Transactions are recorded on the Polygon blockchain, where participants can independently verify activity.
The platform is committed to transparency and to providing members with confidence that the system operates according to its published rules.
It means the smart contract is designed to route DAI between participant wallets according to its programmed rules rather than collecting all Contributions in a traditional administrator-controlled bank account.
The platform is designed so that placement and routing follow the smart contract rules rather than a manual administrator process. Once confirmed on-chain, blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
No. Smart contracts and on-chain records improve automation and transparency, but risks can still include wallet compromise, lost recovery information, phishing, incorrect transfers, software defects, network disruption, stablecoin risk, regulatory changes, and community inactivity.
- Confirm that you are on the official HelpingHands10X.cash website.
- Confirm the connected wallet account and Polygon network.
- Check the token, amount, recipient or contract, and estimated gas fee.
- Reject unexpected signature or approval requests.
- Never act under pressure or share recovery information with anyone.

Troubleshooting & Common Scenarios
Check that your wallet is unlocked, the correct account is selected, the Polygon network is available, the wallet or browser is up to date, and the connection request has not opened behind another window. On mobile, opening the site inside the wallet’s own browser may help.
Common causes include insufficient DAI, insufficient POL for gas, DAI on the wrong network, an unapproved token allowance, a rejected wallet request, temporary Polygon congestion, or trying to activate Levels out of sequence.
Do not repeatedly submit the same action. Check the transaction in a Polygon blockchain explorer using its transaction hash. A wallet may offer a speed-up or cancellation option, but those actions require additional gas and are not guaranteed to succeed.
First confirm the transaction status on a Polygon explorer. Then refresh the page, reconnect the same wallet, and allow time for the interface or indexing service to update. If the issue continues, retain the transaction hash and seek help through an official support channel.
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. HelpingHands10X.cash cannot recover assets it does not control. Contact the receiving wallet, exchange, bridge, or provider if applicable, but recovery may not be possible.
You may share your public wallet address, member ID, transaction hash, device type, wallet name, and a screenshot with sensitive details removed. Never share a recovery phrase, private key, password, one-time code, or full authentication credential.
Official updates will be shared through the HelpingHands10X.cash website and official Telegram channel. Verify announcements against official sources before taking action.

Terms & Definitions
Polygon is the blockchain network on which HelpingHands10X.cash is designed to operate. It provides on-chain transaction records and generally lower fees than some other blockchain networks.
A smart contract is code deployed on a blockchain that automatically executes programmed rules when specified conditions are met. It is not a traditional paper contract and cannot judge circumstances beyond its code.
A wallet address is a public blockchain identifier used to receive assets and view activity. It can generally be shared publicly, unlike a private key or recovery phrase.
A transaction hash is the unique public identifier for a blockchain transaction. It can be used in a Polygon explorer to verify status, wallet addresses, token amounts, gas fees, and confirmation details.
Gas fees are network charges paid to process blockchain transactions. On Polygon, those fees are paid in POL and can change based on network activity.
Equal distribution is the programmed matrix-placement method that fills available positions left to right and top to bottom according to the smart contract rules.
Peer-to-peer participation means members interact through their own wallets and the smart contract rather than relying on a centralized administrator to manually collect and distribute every Contribution.
